Step Two
Initial Call and Pre-Screening
A member of our research team will contact you to learn more about your medical history, current medications, and any recent health changes. This helps us determine whether a study may be appropriate for you before scheduling an in-person visit.

Review of health history and medications
Determination of next steps
Step Three
Screening
A member of our research team will invite you to an on-site screening visit to complete required assessments and confirm whether you qualify for a study. During this visit, our clinical team will walk you through each step and answer any questions before anything is done.
What happens here:
Review of medical history and medical records
Physical exam with the study doctor
Bloodwork or other study-required tests
Eligibility review and informed consent discussion
Opportunity to review and sign the informed consent form if you choose to move forward

If enrolled, our team will schedule your study visits and guide you through each appointment. We’ll provide reminders, clear instructions, and ongoing support throughout the study.
